The Speaker Series - Richard Foss On The Culinary History Of Early California

Come join us on April 20th at 2:00 PM for a lecture on the culinary history of early California. Richard Foss is a journalist, author, culinary historian, and lecturer based in Manhattan Beach, California, and he has a wonderful presentation that will be displayed in our carriage house. We will be transported back in time to see how the Californios of the period used the land and resources to make meals inspired by various cultures. Some samples MAY be provided. Dependant on supply.
