Earth Day Fair - Saturday, April 4th 2020

The Dominguez Rancho Adobe Museum will host an Earth Day Fair on Saturday, April 4th, 2020, from 11am to 4pm. The mission of this event is to encourage attendees to think a bit more deeply about the state of our planet and what we, as individuals and as a community, can do about it. The fair will consist of activities and exhibits aimed at providing environmental education and awareness to the community.

The day’s events will include: educational resource booths from local vendors and organizations, hands-on children’s activities, docent-led museum and garden tours, a composting workshop, as well as educational talks from exhibitors and members of the Dominguez Rancho Adobe Museum. The fair will conclude with a tree planting ceremony at 3:30pm. Local food vendors will also be on site.

This is an all ages event that is free and open to the public. Events like this are a fun way to bring our community together and to inspire us to be more mindful of the well-being of this planet that we all call home.
